五花肉抄蒜薹
出处
将五花肉切成薄片,新鲜蒜苔切2公分段
炒瓢放油,加肉皮炒熟后,加葱花和生抽翻炒,滴几滴水进锅、加盐
放蒜苔翻炒熟,盛盘即可。
不要盖锅盖,否则蒜苔会变色,不脆了
